Report Costs

Reviewing a credit report is a
good idea especially if you have been a victim
of fraud, credit denial or unemployment.
A copy of a credit report costs $9 plus any taxes applicable, shipping or
handling charges. From 1st September 2005 you will be able to get a free report
after every 12 months.
The cost of extra copies is regulated by Federal Trade Commission FTC as a
part of Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA.
The FTC reviews the cost annually and can increase it to stay in line with inflation.
